The Curti Standard

 Consultation to work with you offering advice on the right solution for your project
 In House Autocad Design to bring your ideas to life, liaise with the factory to ensure accurate manufacture and produce a full builder’s work package
 Technical Advice to assist with builders work preparation, answer any queries and offer hands on support
 Health & Safety Management to ensure all ISO and #CurtiSafety practices are monitored and adhered to.
 Project Management a single point of contact to liaise with the site, ensure your lift is produced and delivered on time, installed to the Curti standard, commissioned to deadline and handed over professionally
 Aftercare to ensure optimum performance and offer ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of the lift.

The Curti Installation Program

Throughout the process our Project Team will Liaise with your site manager to ensure progress is to schedule. Working together hand in hand we can determine when the site will be ready and agree a delivery schedule.

 Equipment Delivery – Our equipment is delivered on a dedicated HiAb and is met on site by our own installation engineers ready to offload and commence installation without delay
 Installation – As a guide we estimate installation takes approximately one week per floor per lift. In most cases works can be completed sooner however we recommend allowing this duration, especially for larger lifts or lifts in structures.
 Test & Commissioning – As soon as our lifts are fully installed we send in our test team. For conformity assessment, the Lifts Regulations 2016 requires that a full inspection and test is completed to verify conformity with BS EN 81‑20.
 Lift Switch On & Handover – A return visit is scheduled to officially switch on the lift and hand it over to the client. At this time all documentation, O&M Manuals and warranty certificates are issued.
 Ongoing Support – All our lifts come with an automatic warranty of 3 Years which is extendable to a maximum of 10 years and is subject to a full unbroken service agreement being in place with Curti Lifts Services.
