It’s been a busy few months for the team here at Curti Lifts, with installations for clients all over the country. Today we’re going to be focusing on a particular installation we carried out in Staverton, for a firm called Triumph Actuation.
Triumph Actuation Systems have unveiled their brand new showpiece facility, which they expect will help them in expanding their engineering and manufacturing businesses across the continent. Working with Barnwoood Construction, we have supplied them with an eight-person, two-stop hydraulic machine room-less passenger lift, which will transport visitors to all floors within the brand new facility.
The new facility is a low-rise building, and DDA access was required. It was clear to the team here at Curti Lifts which type of lift would meet the criteria for this task. It took just one week for us to carry out the work specified by the client – the client had already worked on the blockwork shaft, which meant all we had to do was install the lift and ensure it met all of the relevant safety regulations.
The brand new lift has now been up and running for a number of months, and the building has opened to its new inhabitants. As installations go, the task was very straightforward, with no problems or issues for us to overcome – we quickly and efficiently installed our hydraulic lift and will now be reconvening at the site in a couple of months to perform our first maintenance and repair check.
