Fatigue Management Policy
Our Fatigue Management Policy ensures that we take all reasonable steps to mitigate risks before they become accidents.
At Curti Lifts, we recognize that fatigue is a significant risk factor that can lead to reduced vigilance and impaired decision-making.
We view fatigue management as a joint responsibility. While we commit to planning suitable working patterns and monitoring hours worked, we also empower our staff to honestly discuss fatigue issues. Crucially, if we have a reasonable belief that a worker is fatigued, we will suspend them from duties immediately until they have had sufficient rest—prioritizing the safety of the site above all else.
